Gratitude

Gratitude seems to be making a comeback these days. Albeit for certain folks and things.

I wonder if it’s truly a part of the human condition that only during times of crisis is when we practice gratitude.

The lesson here is simple, we should be grateful everyday. Gratitude shouldn’t be and isn’t a choice. Gratitude should be a daily habit.

Think about what you have. Ask yourself is it enough? I would think, for the vast majority of us, we are fulfilled. The problem is we fail to recognize it.

Blame for the lack of gratitude can be place on many things. What’s the point in blaming if it doesn’t fix the problem?

I’m going to challenge myself and you too, to take a moment each day and think about what I’m grateful for. I suspect, in the end, it will be worth the effort.
